For replacement of a forward epiploon of a bent shaft execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Take off a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism").

3. Remove the cogged pulley of a bent shaft.	4. Having hooked the screw-driver, take an epiploon from the case of the oil pump.

5. Oil a working edge of a new epiploon engine, install an epiploon in the case of the oil pump, having oriented a working edge in the engine, and press against the stop by means of a mandrel. As a mandrel it is possible to use a head from a set of the tool of the suitable size or an old epiploon.

6. Establish all removed details and knots of the gas-distributing mechanism as it should be, the return to removal.

7. Adjust a tension of a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism").

For replacement of a back epiploon of a bent shaft execute the following.

1. Remove the transmission (see. "Removal and installation of the transmission").

2. Remove coupling (see. "Removal and installation of coupling").

3. Remove a flywheel (see. "Removal, installation and troubleshooting of a flywheel").

4. Examine an epiploon. If tightness of an epiploon is broken, in its lower part will be visible began to flow oils.	5. Turn out six bolts of fastening of the holder of an epiploon to the block of cylinders …

6. … also remove the holder assembled with an epiploon.

Notes The back epiploon of a bent shaft and sealing laying of the holder are pasted to the holder. Therefore at a leak of an epiploon replace all knot assembled. Pay attention to the marking put on the holder of an epiploon. Get epiploon knot with the same marking.

7. Oil engine a working edge of a new epiploon, install the holder of an epiploon on the block of cylinders, having oriented an epiploon a working edge in the engine, and accurately fill a working edge on a neck of a bent shaft.

8. Evenly cross-wise tighten bolts of fastening of the holder of an epiploon the moment given in the appendix 1.
