Sign of need of replacement of the bearing of switching off of coupling is the increased noise at the time of pressing a coupling pedal, and the working cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling — leak working liquid from it.

Note When replacing the bearing of switching off of coupling because of noise check a condition of petals of a press spring of a drive plate. At strong wear of the ends of petals in places of contact with the bearing replace a drive plate assembled.

The bearing of 1 switching off of coupling represents a whole with the working cylinder 2 drives of switching off of coupling fixed on an internal wall of a case 3 couplings by three bolts.

It will be required to you: a face head "on 8", the screw-driver with a flat edge.

1. Remove the transmission (see. "Removal and installation of the transmission") if it was not removed for coupling repair.

2. Turn out three bolts of fastening of the working cylinder to a coupling case …	3. … also take the cylinder assembled with the bearing of switching off of coupling from a coupling case.

4. Install the working cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling assembled with the bearing as it should be, the return to removal. Tighten bolts of fastening of the working cylinder to a coupling case the moment of 10 N · m.

Note Before installation check the new bearing. It has to rotate easily, without jammings and noise and not to have side plays.

5. Install the transmission (see. "Removal and installation of the transmission").

6. Remove air from a coupling switching off hydraulic actuator (see. "Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of switching off of coupling").
