The rotations of a bent shaft increased frequency idling and fuel consumption can be signs of not completely closed butterfly valve, and signs not completely opening — the engine does not develop full capacity, insufficient acceleration performance of the engine, breakthroughs and failures in operation of the engine at the movement of the car. Pollution of a butterfly valve deposits from crankcase gases usually leads to unstable operation of the engine idling. The drive of a butterfly valve electric, operates it the electronic block of a control system of the engine. Repair of the electric drive requires qualified personnel and the special equipment. At emergence the specified malfunctions at first try to wash out a butterfly valve (for example, solvent or a special cleaner of the carburetor in aerosol package). If it does not result in positive result, replace throttle knot.

You will need TORX T30 key.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Remove the air filter (see. "Removal and installation of the air filter").

3. Turn out four screws and remove throttle knot.	4. Disconnect a block of a plait of wires from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.

5. Take a rubber sealant.

Note At the removed throttle knot close a piece of rags an opening of an inlet pipe.

6. Establish throttle knot as it should be, the return to removal.

Note Pay attention to marking of throttle knot. Get throttle knot with the same marking.
