Signs of malfunction of nozzles:

– the complicated launch of the engine;

– unstable operation of the engine;

– the engine becomes deaf idling;

– the increased frequency of rotation of a bent shaft idling;

– the engine does not develop full capacity, insufficient acceleration performance of the engine;

– breakthroughs and failures in operation of the engine at the movement of the car;

– the increased fuel consumption;

– the increased maintenance of CO and CH in the fulfilled gases;

– kalilny ignition because of leakage of nozzles.

It will be required to you: a face head "on 10", the screw-driver with a flat edge, an autotester.

1. Reduce pressure in a power supply system (see. "Pressure decrease in a power supply system").

2. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

3. Remove the air filter (see. "Removal and installation of the air filter").

4. Squeeze clamps and disconnect from a nozzle of a block of a plait of wires.

Note Blocks with a plait of wires are removed in a special cover.

5. Measure by an automobile tester nozzle winding resistance in the mode of an ohmmeter. At 20 °C it has to make 14 Ohms. If resistance of a winding of a nozzle does not meet standard, replace a nozzle as it is not maintainable.

Note In a form of the sprayed torch of fuel and on tightness you carry out check of a nozzle at specialized service stations as such check directly on the car is very fire-dangerous.

6. For replacement of nozzles turn out two bolts of fastening of a fuel stage.

7. Remove a stage, having taken out nozzles from openings in an inlet pipe and not disconnecting the pipeline from a stage.

8. Wring out the screw-driver the ends of a clamp …	9. … also take a nozzle assembled with a clamp.

10. Bring a nozzle out of a clamp.

Prevention At each removal of nozzles replace rubber sealing rings new.

11. For replacement of sealing rings of nozzles remove them from a spray …

12. … and from the nozzle case. Having established new rings, oil them engine.

13. If you establish former nozzles, accurately wash out their sprays solvent or a cleaner for the carburetor.

Prevention Washing of nozzles with an okunaniye in the washing structure as at the same time their electric part will be damaged is not allowed.

14. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal.
