You will need a tester or an ohmmeter.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Remove the air filter (see. "Removal and installation of the air filter").

3. Disconnect high-voltage wires from ignition coil conclusions …	4. … also measure resistance of a secondary winding, having connected an ohmmeter to conclusions of the 2nd and 3rd cylinders. Resistance has to make 8,0–9,0 kOhm.

5. Repeat check for conclusions of the 1st and 4th cylinders.

6. If resistance at least differs in one of secondary windings from specified, replace the ignition coil (see. "Removal and installation of the coil of ignition").

7. Connect into place high-voltage wires and install the filter.

Note Before installation grease tips of high-voltage wires with jellied lubricant, for example technical vaseline.
